It's sad. It's tragic. And quite frankly it's bs. And what's worse is the people surrounding tighter gun control are plain wrong.
Last time I checked criminals don't follow gun laws. They are criminals because they break the law. So it would seem that if I was a criminal (which I'm not) I'd be salivating and throwing the biggest celebrations ever when I heard liberals talk about tighter gun control. After all I'd know know that whoever I terrorize will now be completely unarmed!
Muggers have nothing to fear! Robbers have nothing to fear. After all the good citizens are un armed and unable to defend themselves!
Sure I hear you cries now..."We are not call for banning guns... Only to limit or make it tougher/stricter to get guns."
Well that is a slippery road. Where do you start? People with mental disorders? Sure that sounds safe, but some forms of depression are considered to be mental disorders. Why should they not be able to own guns... See where this is going?
Who do you limit? How do you make stricter restrictions? Like most of the time there is an uprising about a hot button issue, I've heard few to no real plans only people chanting in the crowd saying what's popular for the moment.
The truth is owning a gun is a right guaranteed to us by the Constitution so if need be we could over throw the government again. Already of such a need to was occur they have us going up against trained army with shotguns and pistols.
Maybe you don't want to own a gun, that's fine that's your right. But please don't limit my right to because its a hot popular topic off some tragic event. Or don't do it because its part of the liberal agenda. In fact, don't do it at all. Don't screw with my constitutional rights and I won't screw with yours.
